SYMPTOM WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING COUNTER-MOVE (Use DISARM)
“I can’t focus.” You’re stuck in future-thinking (fear of outcome). Detect → name the emotion out loud.
“I feel anxious.” You’ve lost presence; body in fight-or-flight. Isolate → breathe until charge drops 80%.
“I’m overthinking.” Ego is hijacking control to avoid risk. Simplify → find the illusion; act now.
“I feel resistance.” Old self fighting for survival. Align → play pump-up song + say “thank you, fear.”
“I’m stuck again.” Feedback loop not closed. Respond → take one imperfect action now.
“I keep repeating this pattern.” Belief not yet rewired. Memorise → journal the evidence: fear wasn’t real.

🔁 THE FOUR-STEP SYSTEM LOOP

1️⃣ Pick Vehicle → “What game will I play for 3 years?”
2️⃣ Identify Inputs → “Which 3 actions move the scoreboard?”
3️⃣ Copy + Improve → “Who’s already winning, and how can I double it?”
4️⃣ Stay Consistent → “Can I show up the same on bad days?”

Vehicle → Inputs → Copy/Improve → Consistency → Feedback → Repeat

Mantra:

🧘‍♂️ THE COSMIC PERSPECTIVE REFRAME

When emotion peaks → zoom out:

“In 300 years, none of this will matter.
So I might as well take the shot.”

Use the three zoom levels:

  • 1× Personal View: Emotions feel massive.

  • 100× Planetary View: Nobody’s judging you—they’re busy surviving.

  • ∞× Cosmic View: You’re consciousness playing a temporary game.
